The Indian Institutes of Management (Amendment) Bill, 2023 today passed in Rajya Sabha after being moved by education minister Dharmendra Pradhan. The Bill seeks to amend the Indian Institutes of Management Act, 2017. It was passed by Lok Sabha on 4 August. The Indian Institutes of Management (Amendment) Bill will now be presented to the President of India Droupadi Murmu before it becomes an Act.
