Ingredients
Serves 4
400-500g baby squids or normal sized squid
1 cup of water
Juice from half a lemon
2 cloves of garlic - chopped
4 pieces of Chilli padi or Thai Chilli
2 stalks of lemongrass (sliced thinly)
1 stalk of coriander or Chinese Pasley - roughly chopped
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Some spring onion
