Just a short recording and play session with my Philips RK36,made approx.1962.It is a early germanium transistor one, without any electron tubes. All electric parts in the inside are original, except the electrolytic caps in the power supply, and i had replaced a rubber o-ring,that i show you in the video on my celluar phone. The capstan belt is still original, but no longer the best... Now it works good.It has not the best audio quality but it's ok.
It was hooked up to my stereo, and my stereo to my computer.....
This Philips RK36 is a "normal till low" sound quality machine ;-))).......nothing special and the drive is built with some cheap solutions....thats philips ;-).....
