Shorba Paya Written Recipe :
Ingredients:
Mutton Trotters (boiled) 1 dozen
Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 2 tbsp
Oil 1 cup
Garlic 2 tbsp
Ginger 2 tbsp
Onion (Grinded) 1 large
Chili powder 2 tbsp
Chopped black pepper 1 tbsp
Salt 1 teaspoon
Coriander (chopped) 3 tbsp
Coriander powder 2 tbsp
For Tempering :
Onion Slice 5 tbsp
Cumin 2 tbsp
Method:
Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion for 5 minutes. Then add garlic, and ginger and cook for 1 minute. Add chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder and fry for 5 minutes. Then add 2 liters of water and cook for about 15 minutes until it boils. Now add black pepper and coriander and mix well. for tempering, fry onion and cumin seeds well and serve with tadka.
