Gluten-free banana & almond butter muffin
Recipe:
Wet Ingredients
1/2 cup of almond butter
1 mashed, ripe banana
1 egg
¼ cup pure maple syrup
1 teaspoons vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients
1 cup gluten free oat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
2-3 tablespoons mini or regular dairy free chocolate chips
In a large bowl, mix the dry and wet ingredients together until smooth
Bake in preheated oven (180°C)
20-25 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Transfer muffins to wire rack to cool and enjoy!
