Styrotech ST2200 stretch sleeve labeler rated from 10 to 40 containers per minute - depending on materials and application. Container size: up to 2 gallons. Label size: up to 9-1/4" in width. Equipped with interlock safety guarding, no container no label sensor, The sleeves are received on a roll with perforations between the sleeves. The bottles travel along a conveyor until they reach a pneumatic stop. One bottle is then transferred laterally into the machine where a chain driven guide pulls a sleeve from the roll and slides it over the neck of the bottle and into place. The bottle is then transferred back onto the conveyor and travels forward. Change parts required to accommodate size range.
