Butterscotch Ice-Cream - सिर्फ 2 चीजों से बनाएं आइसक्रीम | How to make Butterscotch Ice-Cream
Let's make it -
Step 1:- Ready Caramel
1/2 cup sugar in a pan
Stir until melt (slow medium flame) Add 1/2 tsp Ghee + Crushed peanuts & Cashew in melted sugar
Step 2:-
Grease any utensil with ghee and pour the caramel to let it cool down
Step 3:- Prepare Butterscotch Cream
Add 1 cup normal temperature milk + 2tsp custard powder (butterscotch flavour if not add 3-4 drops of Butterscotch essence) + 1/4 cup sugar in a sauce pan Mix well
Now, Pour the mixture in a sauce pan at low flame & stir until thicken
Off the flame and let it cool down
Step 4:- crushed the caramel
Step 5: Take 1 cup whipped cream beat it until stick peaks
Now, add the mixture we prepared in this cream & beat for 2-3 minutes more
Transfer it in a mould & decorate it with crushed caramel
Refrigerate it for 8-10 hours
