A federal judge in Texas has ruled that DACA program was enacted by President Obama incorrectly, and has ordered USCIS to stop approving new applications. Fortunately, this will not affect current DACA holders, even if your DACA has expired. Current DACA holders can continue to renew and enjoy the benefits of the program. However, the judge's order means that people who are applying for the first time may not currently be approved.
If you recently filed a DACA application for the first time and have questions, contact your case manager or our main number by calling or texting (512) 633-1785.
