In a society where everything is digital, complex, and fast-paced, families and communities are quick to dismiss simple, old-school solutions as outdated and archaic. Psychologists tell us that 90% of adults live with daily “woulda, coulda, shoulda” moments of regret. What we’re doing isn’t working. The key to managing these moments of regret is to embrace the everyday moments. Every day is filled with small seemingly insignificant moments that often go overlooked, yet when combined create a meaningful life. When we choose to embrace our everyday moments, we gain a new perspective that makes life worth living.
