Like humans, animals experience panic and fear during fires, and they run equal risks of being injured and killed by them. PETA's new public service announcement offers a real-life view of the dangers that house fires pose to our beloved animal companions, who depend on us to keep them safe. Be prepared for emergencies by letting your neighbors know that you have animals and by placing stickers on your doors or windows that alert rescue workers to the presence of animal companions (make sure you put them on all sides of your home)..
