I got my ECU flashed by Vcyclenut, link below, then added a quickshifter kit from Woolich Race Tools (super easy, no cutting required). You can get this type of kit with a Pit Speed Limiter but I didn't opt for that. For me the hardest part about this was getting the quickshifter rid in place of the stock shift linkage but after that it was just finding the safest place for the wiring and viola.
