@INGREDIENTS (40 dumplings):
1 lb circular dumpling wrapper
1 lb ground pork
1 cup napa cabbage, chopped
⅕ onion, chopped
6 garlic cloves, minced
2 green onions, sliced
½ cup shiitake mushrooms, chopped
2 inch piece of ginger, minced
1 tbs chicken bouillon
½ tbs white pepper
2 tbs soy sauce
½ tbs sesame oil
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix pork, veggies, & seasonings.
2. Cook a small piece, taste, & adjust.
3. Fill wrapper with pork mixture & fold.
4. Sear dumplings for 2 minutes.
5. Add just enough water to cover pan.
6. Steam covered for 5 minutes.
7. Serve with green onions, sesame seeds, dumpling sauce, & enjoy!
