So I finally picked up a new BFS rod that can be used for all type of lake fishing. This rod really feels like an Ultra-Light rod so anything heavier than 1/4oz will be on the heavy side of the rod. It does have a nice backbone which will allow you to still set the hook. Hopefully this video can help you decide on pulling the trigger on a BFS rod!
