The Bharatiya Janata Party today appointed JP Nadda as their national working president for a period of six months. Home Minister Amit Shah will continue to be BJP president. Commenting on the appointment, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said, the decision to appoint Nadda was taken by the parliamentary board. The fifty-nine-year old BJP leader is a Rajya Sabha member, who is known for keeping a low profile. He is the parliamentary board secretary of the BJP
