Kuwait has lifted several of its travel restrictions and updated its travel guide. On arrival, fully vaccinated tourists will not be subjected to mandatory quarantine by the Kuwaiti Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA).
Those fully vaccinated and who have received a booster dose are no longer required to take a pre-departure and post-arrival RT PCR test in Kuwait. They are also exempt from home quarantine upon arrival.
If a tourist is only half vaccinated or hasn't had the second dose in over nine months, they must be quarantined for seven days at home and tested upon arrival.
Travellers can get out of quarantine by providing a negative PCR test result.
Travellers who are unvaccinated or have not received the full dosage of vaccination must also have a negative PCR test result within 72 hours. Kids under 16 are excused from testing.
For those showing signs of the virus, the Kuwait Directorate General of Civil Aviation has issued a Rapid Home test.
