Old address, new lifestyle would be the shortest word to describe this project. I described it as an introvert because the architecture and landscape design are very humble and serene, which blends in very well with the amazing ridge view and existing community. Located at the fringe of convenience with serenity, Serini gets to enjoy the amenities such as schools, shops, offices, malls, highways, and etc, yet at the same time living within mother nature itself.
Being a full residential purpose building, you can just feel the peaceful approach from the drop off, to the well designed lobby, facilities deck that is just right, then to the unit itself that comes with certain flexibility. The sliding walls in the units seems rather interesting where it allows the residents to utilize the unit in whatever way they want.
However, there are several details where I find could be improved. For eg: the overkill plaster ceiling treatment at the lift lobby, ventilation for the refuse chamber, the quality of sliding walls and etc. But this is one of those projects where you get to touch and feel, getting all the information you need before buying it along with the promotional packages provided by the developer=)
