3 cardamon pods - bruised
10 curry leaves
3 tbsp coriander stalks
2 green chillies - finely chopped
About 300ml base sauce
100ml tomato puree
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp tandoori masala
1 tbsp mixed powder or curry powder
100g thick coconut milk
500g (or so) chicken tikka
1/2 tsp sugar
Juice of 1/2 lime
1 tsp dried methi
2 tbsp chopped coriander
