Welcome to Edmund Ridge Estate, located in Spot Valley, Montego Bay St. James. This development was named in honour of the current Minister of Tourism, Hon. Edmund Bartlett. This 8 min (4.5km) drive from the Rose Hall main road, takes you to this beautiful location on the hill, with a picturesque view of the ocean. Just opposite lies Rhyne Park Village, an area also located in this pristine emplacement.

This housing development is a project by the Housing Agency of Jamaica (HAJ) in association with China-based Henan Fifth Construction Group with the first sets of homes being made available in 2021.
