For the Keiki and future, this is how to make virtual Laulau from scratch

1st Step - Wash Laulau leaves
2nd Step - Cut Stems
3rd Step - Sort Leaves
4th Step - Cut Meat into 1oz portions
5th Step - Cut Pork fat into 1oz portions
6th Step - Stack Sorted Leaves 2 total
7th Step - Add 1 oz fat, 1 oz meat
8 th Step - Add Salt
9th Step - Wrap Laulau into a cube
10 th Step - Wrap cube into foil
11 th Step - Pack Foil wrapped Laulau
12 th Step - Steam Laulau for 4 hrs at 225F (pressure cooker = 3)
13 th Step - After 4 Hr Steam - Cool Laulau
14th Step - 30 min cooldown
15 th Step - Bag Laulau
16th Step - Test Laulau, Eat & Repeat
17th Step - Repeat Step 12 (Change H2O)
18th Step - Steam, Cool down, Repeat
