Theses Victoria Ironstone jugs are from the 1990's but have for years been passed off as antique English Ironstone.
The clues are in the oversize factory marks, and the patina is just wrong for antique ironstone despite the Chinese attempt to create a worn looking base plate.
Having said that, they are glazed internally and make great value vases. They are very attractive with hand coloured decoration and make great value, usable display pieces, accepting that they are vintage and not antique.
