Robyn on the Farm's Bread Machine Italian Herb Bread Recipe: (see printable above for instructions and recipe for 1 lb loaf and 2 lb loaf)
1.5 lb Loaf:
1 c water
3 Tbs oil
3 c flour
2 Tbs Italian seasoning
2 Tbs sugar
1.5 tsp salt
2 tsp yeast
Add ingredients to bread machine in order listed and choose basic white cycle (about 3 hours). Check your ball of dough a few minutes in to check to be sure all ingredients are incorporated and your dough looks smooth, not too sticky, wet, or dry (see video).
