-500gms phyllo pastry thick sheets from any store that sells Balkan style ones (preferrably Serbian)
-250gms feta cheese
-500gms cottage cheese
-500gms ricotta cheese
-100gms of 14% sour cream
-6 eggs
-salt to taste
-cooking oil
-sparkling water
*preheat oven to 400 fahrenheit (pardon the video error)
*bake about 70mins or until golden brown crust
