The SSSILP provides standardized leadership training to Sai Young Adults from all over the world, based on Sri Sathya Sai Baba’s teachings. It consists of nine online modules. The modules cover the foundations for leadership in the SSSIO, starting with the life and teachings of Sri Sathya Sai Baba; an overview of the SSSIO; and the structure and function of the different wings of the SSSIO.
Other modules focus on the fundamentals of spirituality as it relates to leadership, based on Sri Sathya Sai Baba’s Mahavakya or great instruction, “To Be, To Do, To See and To Tell.” As part of the training, Sai Young Adults are also equipped with other key skillsets, such as loving and effective communication, team dynamics, project management, Self-transformation and meeting the various challenges faced by Sai Young Adults, while nurturing the next generation of leaders.
A critical requirement of the programme is the completion of an internship in their respective Zone/Country wherein students engage in an extended period of practising the key learnings from the programme.
