*peel off the skin of the corn, wash well.
Put as whole or cut into half.
*take a pressure cooker and place sweet corn,
fill up water enough to cover it completely.
Add salt, mix well.
*Pressure cook for 3 whistle
on medium heat.
*Switch off and allow the pressure
to go on its own.
*cooked well.
*drain off the liquid and serve hot
with a slather of butter or squeeze
of lemon... or any way you like!
