Ileum perforation

A patient with Crohn's disease had diagnostic lower GI endoscopy. A perforation of the terminal ileum resulted from advancing the tip of the endoscope. The perforation is approximated by means of the OTSC Twin Grasper before the clip is deployed. Secure closure of the perforation is achieved.
