The Cape Town International Salsa Festival took place from the 31st of October 2013 to the 3rd of November 2013 in Cape Town, South Africa. The Mzansi Cape Town Salsa congress is a meeting of professional and amateur salsa dancers who come together to share and enjoy their love & passion for salsa. It comprises of Shows, workshops, social parties, live bands, bootcamps, master classes & competitions. El Tiguere and Julianna of Island Touch / Dominican Touch taught a Dominican Bachata Workshop at the first International Salsa Festival in South Africa in 2013.
