We all lose facial fat and as a result volume with aging. I have been doing fat transfer for over 14 years and have done over 3,000 cases successfully since then. Here, we meet Ashley who had fat transfer with me 10 years ago. She started losing volume in her 20s, which in her case, was genetic. We replaced the loss by placing small amounts of fat injections throughout her face but primarily her around her eyes and temples.
