📌Cheesy Broccoli Rice Casserole:
-3 Tbsp Butter
-1/2 an Onion, finely diced
-1 1/2 tsp Minced Garlic
-2 (12oz) bags of Frozen Broccoli Florets, THAWED and chopped into bite size pieces
-4oz. Velveeta Melting Cheese, cut into small cubes
-1 can Cream of Chicken
-1/4 Cup Sour Cream
-3/4 Cup Milk
-3/4 tsp Salt
-1/2 tsp Pepper
-3/4 tsp Garlic Powder
-3/4 tsp Oregano
-1/2 tsp Paprika
-1/4 tsp Mustard Powder
-2 to 3 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
-2 1/2 Cups of Cooked White Rice
***In a large saucepan, add butter and onion and sautee until the onion begins to soften. Then add in minced garlic, thawed chopped Broccoli and Seasonings. Cook on med/low for about 10 minutes, just to soften the broccoli up a bit. Next, add in cubed Velveeta Melting Cheese, Cream of Chicken Soup, Sour Cream and Milk. Continue to cook until the cheese is completely melted. After that, add Cooked White Rice and stir to combine. Remove from heat. Pour mixture into 9x13 baking dish. Top with Shredded Cheddar Cheese. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes, or until that top is slightly golden brown. ENJOY!
📌Southern Mac & Cheese:
-1 lb. Elbow Pasta
-6 Tbsp. Butter
-32oz. Shredded Cheddar Cheese (i use a combo of med. and sharp)
-1 beaten egg
-2-3 Cans of Evaporated milk
-Salt and Pepper to taste
***Bake at 375 degrees for 45 min. or until top is golden brown
📌Buckeye Pie:

📌Southern Cornbread Dressing:
-4 Cups Biscuit Crumbs
-6 Cups Cornbread Crumbs
-2 Tbsp Butter
-1 stalk Celery, chopped
-1/2 Onion, diced
-1 Stick melted Butter
-1 1/2 Tbsp Sage
-Salt and Pepper to taste
-4-6 Cups Chicken Broth, depending on how wet or dry you like your dressing
-6 boiled eggs, chopped
-3 beaten Eggs
***Bake at 375 for 40-45 min.
