Sachin Pilot’s loyalists have now taken a step ahead in the Rajasthan Political crisis by demanding a floor test in the State assembly. This is a measure to reveal the numbers of support that is backing the Ashok Gehlot government. Gehlot had previously affirmed that he had a support of 109 MLAs.

Sachin Pilot was sacked from the position of State’s Deputy Chief Minister after he allegedly refused to attend the CLP meeting held in Jaipur. Earlier today, the Congress Legislature Party (CLP) unanimously passed a resolution supporting the Gehlot government and accusing the BJP of destabilising the government by indulging in horse-trading of MLAs.
