Today Tim reviews Jack Daniels Gentleman Jack Whiskey. This is basically the same sour mash recipe as the Black label whiskey, except this one is double mellowed. What this process is, is another run through their filtration method. This removes some more impurities and makes it smoother. Aromas of sweet caramel and smoke. Toffee, caramel sweetness up front with finishes with hardly any bite at all. Cheers!
