There's nothing more delectable than a Biscotti. I mean when else can you justify eating a cookie the size of a hot dog first thing in the morning and not even call it breakfast?

This recipe is surprisingly easy and can be tweak to add dried fruit, various nuts or other fillings. .

You can opt out of the fat and add an extra egg - if needed. Without the fat, the biscotti has a longer shelf life and is more crunchy. .
