The World Marketing Summit was founded in 2010 by Professor Philip Kotler of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, the father of contemporary marketing. International organizations, governments, companies, researchers, etc. from all over the world participate in activities to address social issues from a marketing perspective and find sustainable solutions under the theme of “marketing in a new reality”. In addition, we share a “new marketing paradigm” around the world and have the vision of evolving marketing from the level of a mere corporate management tool to a corporate strategy with excellent social responsibility.
The first World Marketing Summit was held in 2012 in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Later, in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) held in 2013, more than 50 speakers from around the world attended and over 4,000 representatives from companies and organizations participated. The 3rd to 5th (2014-2016) will be held in Tokyo (Japan). Over three years, more than 6,000 representatives of the world's leading marketing leaders participated, and as a marketing mecca, we succeeded in showing a new marketing trend from Japan to the world.
During 2017, WMS happened in four countries including Canada, Bahrain, Korea and Japan & in 2018 It was held in 8 countries including Chile, Bolivia, Japan, India, Italy, Turkey, Singapore and Korea.
World Marketing Summit will happen in 20 countries including Italy, UK, Turkey, Myanmar, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Malaysia, India, Canada, Bangladesh, South Africa, Pakistan, Rwanda, Philippine, China, Brazil, Egypt, Nigeria and UAE.
