Check out the highlights video from the Rum & Que BBQ Masterclass held a few days ago at BBQ's & More in Mt Wellington, Auckland, New Zealand.
A group of 15 Masterclass attendees enjoyed 5 hours of demonstrations and tutoring from some of the best in the business including the award winning butcher, Reuben Sharples from the Aussie Butcher New Lynn, Noel "BBQ Jesus" Hassapladakis from Meat Mafia Collective and Rum & Que's very own Matthew Melville and Tracey Melville.
Cold beverages from the crew at Liberty Brewing Company flowed from start to finish, plenty of great BBQ treats served up including wings, pulled pork, brisket and some very tasty information to take home.
A superb day indeed.
