Government spokesperson Ofwono Opondo has said the government of Rwanda should have used different channels to handle its alleged grievances with Uganda instead of restricting the movement of people and goods between the two neighboring countries. Opondo was responding to allegations raised by different Rwandan officials who claim Uganda is harassing and illegally detaining Rwandan nationals.
