The Kormangala-Challagatta Valley project, a first in the country,is being implemented to treat 8 TMC of waste water flowing from sewage treatment plant (STP) and Bellandur STP to fill up tanks of Kolar district and Chintamani taluk in Chikkaballapura districts.
KC Valley Project are designed to fill Kolar & Chikkaballapura tanks with Bangalore treated sewege water.
