Daniel Perry, the man found guilty last month of killing Black Lives Matter protester Garrett Foster, has been denied a retrial.
He was back in court Monday after his attorneys claimed crucial evidence was excluded, which would have demonstrated that Perry was not the aggressor during the altercation with Foster.
