Whether you’re into surfing, sandcastles, or simply sitting back and relaxing on the sands, Bude is the perfect spot for a summer camping holiday. Families will love the play area and recreation room at Bude Club Site, not to mention its beautiful location between Boscastle and Crackington Haven. The site is within easy reach of some of North Cornwall’s best beaches, including Widemouth Bay and Blackrock Sands - both prime spots for surfing, paddling, and seaside fun. Bude itself is a cheerful little town just a short drive north of the campsite, while nearby Port Isaac, with its winding lanes and pretty whitewashed cottages, is well worth a visit - you may recognise it from the TV series, Doc Martin. At legendary Tintagel, you can explore the ruins of the clifftop castle and discover its links with King Arthur. You can even visit Merlin’s Cave! Once you’ve had your fill of legends and magic, head over to Boscastle to explore its beautiful natural harbour and cosy tearooms, where you can reflect on the day’s events with a traditional Cornish cream tea and glorious sea views.
