* Item 1 - The Provo City Council Housing Committee is requesting approval of an Ordinance Text Amendment in Chapter 14.30, Accessory Dwelling Units.
* Item 2 - Jon Jensen requests approval of General Plan Amendments to Section 1.2.9 (Lakeview North Neighborhood) and appendix C5 (Lakeview Fields SDP) as part of rezone requests from the R1.20 zone to the VLDR (Very Low Density Residential) zone for property at 1878 N and 1804 N Geneva Road.
* Item 3 - Robert Olsen requests an Ordinance Text Amendment to the SC3 (Regional Shopping Center) zone section 14.20.020, to add Standard Land Use Code 8222 (Animal Hospital) to the list of permitted uses.
Item 4 - Bob Jones requests a variance through the Planning Commission (see Subsection 15.07.010, Provo City Code) to impact slopes exceeding 30-percent for a proposed residential development, located at approximately 379 E 4900 N in the R1.10 zone.
Item 5 - Craig Peterson requests Project Plan approval for student housing, located at 891 N 900 E in the Campus Mixed Use zone.
Item 6 - Joel Pilling requests Project Plan approval for three new warehouses in a proposed AI (Airport Industrial) zone, located at 652 S Lakeview Pkwy.
* Item 7 - Joel Pilling requests a Zone Map Amendment from the PF (Public Facilities) zone and the A1.5 (Agricultural) zone to the AI (Airport Industrial) zone in order to build new warehouses, located at 652 S Lakeview Pkwy.
