Renforcement du releveur du pied (Tibial antérieur)
Bénéfices multiples pour les sports de course :
_ Le tibial antérieur permet "d'armer" le pied (flexion de cheville) durant la phase précédent la pause du pied au sol en course. Ce mouvement est essentiel pour pouvoir créer un pré-étirement du mollet et ainsi favoriser l'utilisation de l'énergie élastique (réflexe myotatique) durant le contact au sol et l'extension de cheville .
_ Le tibial antérieur est l'antagoniste des extenseurs de chevilles (propulsion lors de la course et les sauts). Augmenter la force des antagonistes permet d'améliorer la stabilité articulaire et de maximiser la vitesse de contraction des agonistes (mollets).
Astuce : incorporer le renforcement du tibial antérieur durant les repos des exercices de membre inférieur.
