We brought a domestic violence, client to a local hotel, sadly after waiting 20 minutes to check in, I informed the front desk what the client situation was, and requested that she remain anonymous for her safety and asked that they only keep a copy of her ID on file and not visible during the stay.
They immediately canceled our reservation and then demanded us to leave.
Security then tried to tell our team what to do in an attempt to get some type of negative reaction. It failed.
Apparently, after informing the manager, what our experience was, the owner believes we are disrespectful and rude. Attempted to state that our client did not have an ID and that we refuse to present one. Absolute false facts, followed by fraud. You have to love it. Someone needs to stop this type of behavior in Arizona because it is predatory and it is discriminative. This should not be allowed at all in our state or in our country.
