Tried making bolognese sauce today with lamb
Tasted quite different but not too bad 😝
I used:
250g mince lamb
1 tsp garlic powder
Chopped carrot, red onions, celery
Steak seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tps oregano
1 cup @triventous red wine
1 tsp paprika
4 tbsp napolitana
1 tbsp pepper
Will you be eating this sauce with rice or pasta?
