As state and local public health agencies scale up contact tracing programs in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, unique challenges posed by dementia must be considered and addressed. During this 30-minute webcast recording, experts from the Alzheimer’s Association and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention describe some of these challenges to contact tracing programs and offer 1) immediate steps contact tracing programs and personnel can take to better serve this vulnerable population, and 2) resources public health departments and their partners can use.
