- 2 tbsp Rasam Masala
- 1-2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tbsp Tamarind
- 2 tbsp Jaggery
- Salt - 3 tbsp Spilt Pigoen Peas
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 2.5 cups Water
Tempering/Tadka RAsam : -
1 tbsp Ghee
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 10-12 Curry Leaves
- 1/2 tsp Asafoetida
Vada: -
1 Cup Urad Dal
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp cuminseeds
- 1/4 tsp Hing
- 1 tsp Ginger & Chilli Paste
