One centre-piece project has seen 300 young people work with artists Katie Barton, Alice Lodge, Caroline Jones and Fiona Edwards to transform tons of recyclable material, collected from over 40 organisations across the City in partnership with the City's Street Cleansing and Waste Disposal teams, into dynamic works of sculpture and costume.
Members of the Maori community in London will also feature alongside young people with whom they have explored elements of Maori heritage through a project delivered in partnership with Border Crossings. Their presentation comprises a colourful array of items from miniature war canoes to movement and music pieces
