TBH - saw how to do this on YouTube! So, I thought I'd give it a try. Turned out pretty good. The whole premise is to reduce "huff and chuff" loudspeaker port noise (air friction and turbulence) when the woofer is thumping. I used a standard heat gun and melting the PVC using a steel pet bowl as a "form". Three attempts! But, PVC is so inexpensive to work with...no big deal. There are prob a 1,000 ways to do this better. The good thing about YouTube is to 1) show others what you do 2) spark interest/ideas 3) do better if you can or want to. So, if you can do better...make a video and show others. Otherwise, move along
