In November 2019, Ukraine’s government adopted an Action Plan on Integrated Border Management Strategy for the period until 2025. The adoption of the Strategy is another step towards making the Ukrainian border more transparent. How effective is this plan, and what kind of results can Ukraine expect once the Integrated Border Management Strategy is fully implemented?
