intermittent snow, sleet or rain and patches of sunshine. Can we predict better?
Sometimes not. Estonia is a big country, weather-wise. Our weather is often influenced by cyclones from the ocean
whose trajectory starts out clear, but the further they move from the ocean, the harder they are to predict, explains TU ecologist Hannes Tõnisson.
