Do you know 'tsukemen' ?
Tsukemen is dipping noodles which is very similar to Ramen.
The soup and noodles are served separately and the soup is thicker and richer compared to ramen.
I ordered tsukemen with toppings of Chashu, boiled dumplings, seasoned egg and vegetables for delivery.
It was tasty😊
