Aaj is video mein Chana Palak banayenge.
Today we are going to make a Spinach Palak recipe.

Preparation Time: 30 minutes (Chana Soak Overnight)
Cooking time: 45 minutes
Serving - 2 to 3

Ingredients

For Spinach Paste

Vegetable Oil - 1 tsp
Asafoetida 1/2 tsp
Garlic cloves - 18 to 20
Green Chilli - 4 to 5
Ginger - 2 inch
Water - 1 cup
Spinach - 750 GM

For Chana
Vegetable Oil - 1.5 tsp
Bay leaf - 1
Star anise - 1
Cinnamon - 2 inch
Green Cardamom - 2
Black Cardamom - 1
Cloves - 3 to 4
Mace - 1
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Onions chopped medium size - 2
Tomatoes medium size chopped - 2
Salt to taste
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Black Chana - 1 cup
Water - 1 cup
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Chopped Garlic cloves - 10 to 12
Red Chilli Whole - 2
