Prime Minister Narendra Modi should know the difference between ‘is’ and ‘was’ as far as the positioning of Opposition parties is concerned. For this, he should perhaps read Shakespeare, D Raja, the national secretary of CPI, tells The Federal in an exclusive interview. The Shimla meeting, called by the Congress, will lend clarity to the Opposition alliance, he says. Raja further says all the Left parties are in agreement about a merger, which could happen sooner or later.
